<Role Summary>
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets for our vending machine sales department. You will analyze data related to vending machine performance within specific areas, provide recommendations, and influence departmental profitability. Your primary focus will be on identifying sales opportunities within vending machine locations and implementing strategies to enhance sales volume and machine profitability through product mix, packaging, pricing, location optimization, and visit frequency adjustments. <Responsibilities>
- Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of sales representatives, engaging in discussions with area operations managers, and offering actionable improvement recommendations.
- Dynamically adjust the visit routes of sales representatives and offer operational support as needed.
- Address consumer complaints promptly and effectively manage crisis situations.
- Generate reports to track and identify potential opportunities for management decision-making.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing profitability.
<Professional skills and abilities required>
ᅳ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
ᅳ Proven experience in effectively communication.
ᅳ Familiar with Power BI or other data analysis tools is preferred.
ᅳ Familiar with SAP or route planning is a plus.
<Related job experience requirement>
ᅳ At least 1 years working experience in data analysis/process improvement/sales operation related fields.
ᅳ Familiar with FMCG industry is a plus.
ᅳ Able to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
ᅳ Language: Mandarin - Proficient, English - Fluent, Taiwanese – Fluent.
