• 負責船舶食品、備品、消耗品、物料等倉庫進出管理。
(Responsible for inbound and outbound management of vessel provision, spares, consumables, and materials.)
• 辦理收貨、驗收、上架、儲位管理與出貨作業。
(Handle receiving, inspection, shelving, storage management, and dispatch operations.)
• 定期進行倉庫盤點，維護正確庫存資料。
(Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.)
• 管理倉儲環境，確保物品安全、分類整齊與保存良好。
(Manage the warehouse environment to ensure safety, organization, and proper storage conditions.)
• 協助船舶補給作業，安排物資配送至港口或指定地點。
(Assist in vessel supply operations and coordinate deliveries to ports or designated locations.)
• 製作與更新倉庫管理報表，配合內部稽核及盤點作業。
(Prepare and update warehouse management reports and support internal audits and stocktaking activities.)
• 能配合出貨及船舶靠港時間，彈性調整工時。
(Able to work flexibly according to vessel schedules and dispatch requirements.)
• 本職位需配合船舶航運時程及物資緊急調度，具高度責任感與抗壓性尤佳。
(This role requires coordination with vessel schedules and urgent material dispatches; high sense of responsibility and stress tolerance are preferred.)
