• Initiate and maintain continuous contact with Ports, Terminals, Shipping Agents,
and customs brokers to monitor vessel arrival times, ensuring smooth delivery
upon arrival and providing timely services and supplies.
• Familiar with shipping agents, customs clearance, and port delivery processes.
• Proactively and professionally handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order
processing.
• Coordinate with overseas agents/suppliers on order delivery planning and
issues.
• Ensure a professional, valuable, and pleasant experience for customers during
port service interactions.
• Capable of handling tasks independently and collaborating with warehouse
team members to achieve operational goals, while maintaining effective
communication with team members and leader .
