1. Responsible for product replenishment plan, such as paint grade and quantity plan, shipment method and date decision, then to place purchase order to overseas internal factories to ensure accuracy and timeliness to support the needs of the sales department.
2. Responsible for Sales Order taking from Sales Dept. and to make sure on-time-in-full supply standard including stock availability check, delivery date confirmation, calculation of additional charges, monitoring order progress ....etc. for all local deliveries in Taiwan.
3. Ensure the accuracy of local invoice issuance.
4. To generate necessary logistic or other reports to Supply Chain or Finance Departments or to provide audit support.
5. Manage external warehouse and Tolling operations, including but not limited to Finish Goods Planning & Control, RM Planning & Purchasing, Inventory Management, Storage, Warehousing, Transportation & Distribution, P-Lab Quality Control.
6. Coordinate with local government authorities on company affairs, including customs, taxation, and maintenance and submission of related regulatory documents.
7. Implement Hempel Supply chain process & procedure in Taiwan.
8. Follow-up the administrative works of Taiwan local supply operation related regulation/requirements such as Chemical Substance Registration, chemical waste recycling,...etc.
9. Follow up work assignment by manager.
