[Job Description]
1. Responsible for the daily maintenance, servicing, and stable operation of production equipment.
2. Handle equipment malfunctions, analyze anomalies, and troubleshoot issues.
3. Implement equipment performance improvements to enhance production efficiency and equipment utilization rates.
[Requirements]
Degree in a STEM-related field; no prior experience required.
[Work Schedule]
Must be willing to work a 4-shift, 2-rotation schedule and overtime. Day shift: 07:30–19:35; Night shift: 19:30–07:35.
[Salary]
Based on a 20-day work month: Day shift NT$50,000–55,000; Night shift NT$60,000–65,000 (includes shift allowances and overtime pay).
[Special Notes]
Possession of a TOCFL A2 (Chinese proficiency) certificate is preferred.
