【Job description】
Provide support to the business and sales (new equipment & PrimeServ), and provide HR support to employees and management including answering questions, resolving issues, processing HR paperwork professionally.
【Key Responsibilities】
A. Business & Sales Support
-Develop and implement business strategies aligned with MD‘s plans
-Assist MD in preparing reports and presentations
-Support planning of sales conferences & seminars
-Procure marketing merchandise (e.g., diaries) & manage quantities
-Research target companies, arrange meetings for Sales Manager & MD
-Arrange meetings & schedules、Prepare sales & marketing materials
-Organize company clothing
-Support Service Department (holiday coverage)
-Provide project management support when required
-Weekly update of people movement sheet
-Procure stationery & kitchen supplies
-Provide general administrative support (reception, hotel/flight booking, office supplies)
B. HR Function
-Recruitment & Selection: Participate in full recruitment cycle incl. onboarding
-Performance Management: Coordinate annual appraisal cycle
-Employee Relations: Support events: gatherings, team building
-Organizational Structure & HR Policy: Participate in HR handbook & policy updates
-General Administration(Manage electronic personnel files、Handle visa/ARC applications for foreign nationals、Monitor attendance, absences, vacation records)
- Talent Development :Arrange internal & external training; maintain records
【Salary】 50,000

-At least 6 months temporary designated replacement.
-1 year experience in HR related work scope.
