Position Objective: Within an assigned territory, coach Subway franchise owners on increasing sales and profitability and thereby enabling them to expand the business with the Subway brand.
職位目標:在指定的區域內,指導Subway加盟主提高銷售和盈利能力,從而使他們能夠透過Subway品牌擴展生意
Position Summary: To provide knowledge and expertise in the growth of the territory, specifically contributing to the success of the restaurants and franchisees within assigned geographic area. Provide customized business direction in order to assist Subway franchise owners in increasing sales and maximizing profitability. Communicate with DA office the performance level of the restaurants and franchisees within assigned area in relation to the standards and goals set by the DA company. Develop strong working relationships in order to effect positive change and enhance the reputation of the Subway brand.
Oversee, support and guide the work of the Business Consultants in the territory, providing calibration and training. Lead the implementation of the development strategy for the territory in close collaboration with the Managing Director.
職位概要:提供區域發展方面的知識和專業,特別是為區域內的門市和加盟主的成功做出貢獻。提供個別訂制的商業方向,以協助Subway加盟主增加銷售額並使利潤最大化。依照發展代理(Development Agent, DA)公司製定的標準和目標,與DA辦公室溝通指定區域內門市和加盟主的績效水平。建立穩固的工作關係,以實現正向的變化並提升Subway品牌的聲譽。
監督、協助及指導整個中部地區商業顧問的各項職責,提供標準化的訓練。協助SUBWAY台灣北中區總經理領導與實施中區SUBWAY各項事業發展策略。
