Position: Associate, Employee Relations
1. 文件歸檔與資料整理(紙本與電子檔)
2. 建立與維護文書資料庫(含表單、報告、紀錄)
3. 協助員工活動之行政支援(如報名表、場地安排、物資準備)
4. 協助部門日常行政事務(如會議記錄、表單製作)
5. 其他主管交辦之文書相關事項

要求條件:
• 大學以上學歷(人力資源管理、企業管理或相關科系尤佳)
• 細心負責、能處理重複性高的行政作業
• 主動積極,具備優秀的問題解決能力、批判式思考及自發主動能力
• 熟悉Microsoft Office 工具(Excel、PowerPoint等),能有效處理數據及製作報表
• 能安排工作優先順序及管理工作量,在工作常被打斷的同時完成期限急迫的工作
• 不定期需跨廠區支援(觀音/大園)
