【Job Responsibilities】
Front Desk & Visitor Management: Manage the telephone console and provide a professional first impression; greet, guide, and coordinate visitors to ensure a seamless experience.
Facilities & Environment Upkeep: Maintain the reception area and pantries to the highest standards of cleanliness; monitor directory signage and reading materials.
Administrative & Logistics Support: Handle internal/external mail and courier services; coordinate business card printing and manage meeting room bookings.
Financial & Resource Tracking: Assist in invoice processing for office supplies; maintain records of expenses, team itineraries, and parking occupancy.
Helpdesk & Incident Reporting: Operate the Helpdesk service, maintain trackers, and escalate urgent facilities issues to the Manager.
Operational Coordination: Utilize management systems to oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with office regulations.
Event & Reporting Support: Assist with local office events and contribute data for inclusion in monthly operational reports.
【應徵條件】
學歷背景:專科或以上學歷,具備秘書、商務相關經驗者佳。
語言能力:具備中等以上的中英文溝通能力(聽說讀寫)。
資訊技能:熟悉電腦文書作業系統(必備條件)。
特質需求:細心、專業形象佳、具備高度服務熱忱並能維持高標準服務品質。
