[Role Overview]
As a Product Manager for Search Advertising, you will be responsible for driving data-driven experimentation and new product features for our performance marketing team. Specifically, you will own the planning, execution and optimization of experiments across our Search Marketing campaigns. You will leverage these experiments to develop internal marketing platform features to grow and optimize Coupang’s search keyword assets, shopping product feed and other areas vital to our Search business. As a member of Coupang Taiwan’s Growth Product team, you will drive performance marketing objectives by leveraging Coupang‘s marketing tech as well as the Google Ads tech stack to provide a continuous framework for marketing innovation.

[What You Will Do]
• Define and manage experimentation pipeline for Coupang‘s performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads.
• Define and develop platform features for our internal Search Marketing systems related to keyword automation, shopping product feed automation, campaign optimization and more.
• Engage technical counterparts at Google to enable product innovations to scale our Google Search and Shopping campaigns.
• Partner with our performance marketing team to review key metrics and achieve business goals for our paid search campaigns.
• Develop and drive new features for Coupang’s marketing tech platform to grow and automate our search advertising business.
[Essential Qualifications]
• Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent in science or engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Ads ecosystem and related products.
• Experience running marketing experiments (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality testing).
• Experience owning/driving programs across cross functional teams.
• Ability to take initiative and ownership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong English skills (both verbal and written).

• Master‘s degree in science, math or engineering.
• Experience in retail / E-commerce industries.
• Experience in growth marketing.
