1.Global Mobility Policy & Program Design
Design and refine global mobility and international assignment policies, covering compensation, allowances, relocation, taxation, and social security.
2.Compliance & Governance
Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with cross-border tax, immigration, visa, and regulatory requirements.
3.Vendor & Mobility Program Management
Manage external partners (relocation providers, tax advisors, immigration consultants) to deliver efficient and high-quality mobility services.
4.Assignment Cost Management & Business Support
Develop cost models for expatriate assignments and partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support global expansion initiatives.
5.Talent Development Integration
Integrate global mobility programs with talent development and succession planning to support global leadership pipelines.
