The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of project management, digital marketing savvy, and a solid understanding of the dental industry or 3D printing. Your work will directly generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and strengthen our brand‘s authority across Asia, North America, and Europe.
1. Educational Program & Event Management:
Develop and execute a global calendar of virtual and in-person educational events and webinars tailored to dentists, orthodontists, lab techs, and owners.
Manage the end-to-end process for webinars: topic ideation, speaker coordination, technical rehearsal, promotion, live execution, and post-event follow-up.
Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and platforms for event execution.
Create engaging and technically accurate presentation content and materials in collaboration with internal product and clinical teams.
2. KOL & Social Media Strategy:
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with global KOLs in the dental industry.
Develop a content strategy and calendar for KOL-generated content (e.g., social posts, case studies, video tutorials).
Coordinate the creation, approval, and scheduling of social media content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) to maximize reach and engagement.
Measure and report on the performance of KOL collaborations and social campaigns.
3. Cross-Regional Support & Collaboration:
Work closely with regional marketing managers in Asia, North America, and Europe to tailor educational content and events to local market needs.
Support the local teams in executing large-scale regional events and tradeshows.
Ensure all global educational messaging is consistent and aligned with the company‘s brand voice and commercial goals.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all educational initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of programs.
Manage the budget for education programs and KOL partnerships, ensuring a strong return on investment.
Key Metrics & Qualifications:
1.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of educational events and webinars executed per quarter.
Event/Webinar registration and attendance rates.
Number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated from educational activities.
Number of KOL social postings and content pieces published per month.
Leads and engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) directly attributed to KOL activities.
2.Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a marketing, event management, or educational role, preferably within the dental, medical device, or 3D printing industries.
Proven track record of successfully planning and executing virtual and in-person events.
Experience managing KOL/influencer relationships or ambassador programs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English are mandatory.
Proficiency with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and social media management tools.
3.Preferred Skills:
Clinical or technical knowledge of dentistry, orthodontics, dental lab processes, or additive manufacturing (3D printing).
Existing network of contacts within the global dental community.
Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) is a strong plus.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
