1.All HR business management in the Indian site, according to the company‘s strategy and human development planning, organizes the establishment and improvement of the company‘s human resource planning system to ensure that human resource allocation and training are forward-looking and meet the company‘s development needs;
2.Implement the human resources policies, systems, and procedures of the Indian factory , provide professional support for the company flexibly and efficiently, and improve the efficiency of human resource operations;
3.Coordinating and managing the recruitment plan, salary and benefits, performance management, training plan, employee relations, customer management and other functional businesses of the Indian factory.
