In this role, you will be responsible for executing HR strategies, tasks, and events assgined by HR managers from Employer Branding and Store HRBP team, including owning few HR projects, to enhance our EVP, and build up the HR groundwork and operation for store operation team.
The scope will cover but not limited to management trainee program (Uniqlo Manager Candidate) and Staff Acquisition.
■ Employer Branding
- Manage social media accounts and materials to ensure employer value proposition is delivered precisely to candidates.
- Partner with HR manager to implement HR strategies.
- Execute Employer Branding events/events to build up a powerful employer brand and source/attract qualified talents.
- Collaborate with HR manager to support MA program/Staff Hiring, including sourcing, screening, selecting candidates, and managing onboarding.
- Own few HR projects to support both employer branding and store HRBP.
■ Store HRBP
- Support HRBP team to deliver strategic and tactical support to employees and managers, mainly including store talent acquisition.
- Take charge of pre-onboarding administrative and preparation works.
■ HR Operation
- Support the logistics of HR events/activities from the team.
- Support expense/vendor management for the team.
- Manage recruitment channels and platforms to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Analyze HR data and make HR reports such as pulse surveys, turnover rate, ... and so on.
