Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to support regional marketing operations and cross-functional project coordination.
This role focuses on managing marketing asset production, coordinating cross-regional marketing projects, and improving operational workflows. The position requires strong structured thinking, stakeholder communication, and the ability to independently drive projects when processes are not yet clearly defined.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of turning complex marketing requirements into clear execution plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Project Coordination
• Manage and coordinate marketing-related projects including campaign assets, product launch materials, and marketing content deliverables
• Plan project timelines, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align project priorities and execution plans
Marketing Asset Production Coordination
• Coordinate the production and localization of marketing assets such as website content, campaign materials, and design deliverables
• Work with design teams and regional teams to ensure asset requirements are clearly defined and delivered on time
Cross-Regional Communication
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams across multiple markets to consolidate feedback and align project execution
• Serve as a communication bridge between global (US/ EMEA) teams and regional stakeholders
Workflow Structuring & Process Improvement
• Structure project workflows when processes are not clearly defined
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Help develop scalable workflows for recurring marketing operations
Risk Management & Problem Solving
• Identify project risks and dependencies early and propose solutions
• Ensure key priorities are clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or related roles
• Experience coordinating marketing asset production (e.g., marketing materials, website content, or design deliverables)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Strong structured thinking with the ability to organize complex information into clear workflows
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, design, and HQ/EMEA teams
• Professional English communication skills, as the role involves daily coordination with global and regional teams
• Hands-on experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar tools)
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive projects forward independently
