工作職責：
• 投資案源開發、投資案評估與盡職調查作業
• 投資後管理及處分建議
• 產業研究與趨勢分析投資案源開發、投資案評估作業
• 產業研究以新能源、新經濟、網通、軟體、醫療服務為主，不定期產出報告
The position is responsible for:
• Undertake domestic early-stage (PreA-B) startups, keeping deal flow and write
• investment reports.
• Technology research, proposing and establishing the target company profile.
• Due diligence.
• Reporting to the investment decision Committee and participating in the decision of the investment decision Committee.
• Cooperate with legal to draft investment agreement, subscription agreement,
• supplementary investment agreement, convertible note, and SAFE.
• Contract review, signing the agreement, and completing the investment.
• Track the companies that have been invested, continue to help the growth of the
companies, and implement post-investment services.
• Connect incubators and accelerators.
資格:
• 3年以上創投經驗
• 學歷要求: 碩士
• 具備時間觀念，請勿面試/上班後無故未到、遲到
