1. Deep understanding of nucleoside, nucleotide and oligonucleotide chemistry.
2. Hands on expertise in phosphoramidite synthesis, solid phasesynthesis,downstream
purification, and analysis of oligonucleotides.
3. Contribute to the development of novel nucleosides, phosphoramidites, and linkers.
4. Support new chemistry discovery for the development of novel oligonucleotide conjugate platforms.
5. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments such as oligonucleotide
synthesizers, purification systems and HPLC.
