-Manage and coordinate all HR activities, including C&B, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, talent retention, performance management and etc.
-Supervise HR practices to meet corporate business needs and legal regulations.
-Design and develop HR programs and strategy to fulfill current and future needs of organization business models.
-Lead and coach HR staff to provide best HR business partner practices.
-Regularly review HR policies, SOPs and working instructions for better improvement.
-Serve as internal trainer for development programs.
