and troubleshooting to ensure seamless production operations.
2. Perform daily inspections, calibrations, and component replacement,
implement preventive maintenance to effectively reduce failure rate.
3. Monitor and optimize OEE, reduce unscheduled downtime
to maximize machine utilization.
4. Drive initiatives for production yield and quality enhancement
to consistently achieve cost reduction targets.
5. Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures,
establish exception tracking procedures
and implement effective corrective actions.
1.負責設備機台換線改機、生產線異常及故障排除，維持產線順暢運轉
2.執行每日機台巡檢、校準及零件更換，落實預防性維護，有效降低故障率
3.監控並優化整體設備效率OEE，減少非計畫性停機以強化機台利用率
4.驅動生產良率與品質提升專案，達成成本降低目標
5.追查設備失效真因，建立異常追蹤程序並落實改善方案
