工作待遇：依公司規定，外加輪班津貼；通過試用考核者每月加發激勵獎金。
工作地點：高雄市新興區(緊鄰捷運信義國小站)。
1. Handle fraud alert joint defense operations, report cases flagged by the 165 anti-fraud hotline, and conduct customer care follow-ups.
2. Perform data entry, report compilation, and statistical analysis.
3. Answer customer calls, respond to emails or online text inquiries, and provide consultation on various banking services.
4. Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors.
5. Working hours: Shift schedule for day, evening, and weekend shifts according to company regulations; overtime may be required when necessary.
This position is a full-time role (non-dispatched) and enjoys the full employee benefits of Sinopac Bank.
Compensation: In accordance with company regulations, plus shift allowances; an additional monthly performance bonus will be granted upon passing the probation evaluation.
Work location: Xinxing District, Kaohsiung City (near MRT Sinyi Elementary School Station).
