Pingtung Christian Bethany Home (PCBH) is seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team in Pingtung City, southern Taiwan.

About Us
Pingtung Christian Bethany Home was founded in 1963 by Norwegian missionary Rev. Arnulf Konradjul Solvoll, who answered God‘s calling to serve children with disabilities in a remote village in Pingtung County that had neither electricity nor running water.
Despite limited resources, he devoted his life to caring for children affected by poliomyelitis, providing education, vocational training, hope and dignity to those often neglected by society.
Today, PCBH has grown into one of southern Taiwan‘s leading residential disability care organisations.
We currently provide long-term care and support for 136 residents, including:
26 abandoned children
38 orphans
Adults with intellectual and multiple disabilities
Our residents range in age from 9 to 50 years old.
What We Offer
Monthly salary: NT$35,000–50,000
Salary paid in accordance with Taiwan Labour Standards Act
Lunch provided during working shifts

Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
Be willing to work in Pingtung City
Have basic to intermediate Mandarin communication skills
Be compassionate, patient and willing to work with people with disabilities
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Be available for rotating shifts, including weekends where required
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants who have:
Previous experience in disability support, aged care, nursing homes, hospitals, community care or personal care
Diploma or Certificate in Disability Support, Aged Care, Nursing, Community Care or related fields
Overseas qualifications (if applicable) recognised or authenticated in Taiwan
A valid scooter or driver‘s licence and own transport
