Pay attention to competitors’ activities and industry innovations, review and approve the design and concept of the menu with the executive chef
• 確保食物和飲品的安全以及安全儲存，始終保持庫存充足，並儘量減少浪費
Ensure the safety and safe storage of food and beverages, always keep sufficient stocks, and minimize waste
