Qualifications: • Degree / tertiary education or equivalent in Business, Operations Management, or related fields. Textiles/ Apparel industry is preferred. • 10 years relevant working experience in Garment manufacturing, with 5 years in operational leadership roles. • Proven experience in new factory setup, operational planning and project management skills. • Knowledge of garment production processes, lean manufacturing, and compliance. • Possess strong leadership, planning and analytical skills with problem solving and result-oriented attitude and open to new concepts. • Positive, pro-active, able to work independently under pressure and communicate with all levels. • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required. • Good time management and task priority. • Occasional business travel is required. • Based in Cambodia, with flexibility to manage factory setup and operations.
