主要職責：
1. 採購與技術專業知識
a. 深入了解台灣的採購法規，確保項目合規並提供優化項目成果的策略性建議
b. 運用電子產品及整合解決方案（包括硬體和軟體系統）方面的專業知識，進行技術評估並定制符合客戶需求的解決方案
2. 客戶參與與解決方案提供
a. 作為公司與客戶之間的主要技術聯絡人，確保清晰溝通並充分理解技術需求
b. 與銷售團隊合作，向客戶和相關方提供有影響力的演示和產品展示
c. 及時回應技術詢問並高效解決客戶問題
d. 在工程的各個階段（包括規劃、實施和售後支持）提供技術指導和應用支持
3. 跨部門協作
a. 與銷售、產品事業部和工程團隊密切合作，確保技術解決方案與業務目標及客戶需求保持一致
b. 協助審核招標文件、合同和提案，確保符合規範和內部標準
c. 與客戶、承包商和內部團隊合作，交付符合工程要求的高質量解決方案
4. 外語溝通
a. 能夠以英語進行有效的書面和口頭溝通，適用於內部和外部用途
b. 能夠將英文文件翻譯成當地語言，以便與客戶進行有效溝通
c. 與全球不同地區的團隊無縫合作，確保項目順利執行
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Application Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public projects, a thorough understanding of Taiwan‘s procurement laws, expertise in electronic products and integrated solution offerings, and fluency in English. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, ensuring successful project execution, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities /
1. Procurement and Technical Expertise:
a. Apply a deep understanding of Taiwan‘s procurement laws and regulations to ensure project compliance and provide strategic advice for optimizing project outcomes.
b. Utilize expertise in electronic products and integrated solutions, including hardware and software systems, to conduct technical evaluations and customize solutions that meet client requirements.
2. Customer Engagement and Solution Offering:
a. Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear communication and a thorough understanding of technical requirements.
b. Collaborate with the sales team to deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
c. Provide timely responses to technical inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
d. Offer technical guidance and application support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to implementation and post-sales support.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
a. Work closely with sales, product business lines, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals and customer requirements.
b. Assist in reviewing tender documents, contracts, and proposals, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards.
c. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project objectives.
4. Language and Communication:
a. Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, for internal and external purposes.
b. Able to translate the English documents to local language to communicate effectively with the clients.
