    主要職責 • 安排模擬機時段、訓練計畫和相關資源 • 管理訓練記錄、手冊及教官資格文書作業 • 處理客戶諮詢並提供相關訓練計畫、內容及需求 • 協助內部人員訓練/許可證更新 • 協助主管機關審計/監管合規要求 • 處理緊急問題(AOG)並支訓練部門日常運營 • 協助一般行政支援,包含訪客接洽、外電接聽、郵件收發及會議安排等 • 其他主管交辦事項 工作技能和經驗 • 精通 MS Office 軟體(MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook) • 流利的英語寫作和閱讀能力 • 具專案管理經驗和技能者尤佳 • 具美編能力者尤佳 • 良好的溝通、協作和人際關係能力 • 細心負責及具獨立思考能力 其他要求 • 具良好英文溝通能力 • 具飛行訓練經驗或航空業經驗者,優先錄取。 Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate simulator training slots, training schedules and resources • Manage training records, manuals, and instructor documentation • Manage customer inquiries and provide the related training schedules, content, and requirements • Support internal training programs and license renewals • Support compliance with audits and regulatory requirements • Handle urgent issues (AOG) and support overall daily operations of the training department • Provide general administrative support including guest reception, phone handling, mail distribution, and meeting scheduling etc. • Other matters assigned by the supervisor Key Skills and Experience • Expert is MS Office tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Fluent in English Writing and Reading is a 〝MUST〝 • Project Management Experience and Skill is a 〝PLUS〝 • Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a 〝PLUS〝 • Communication, Coordination and Interpersonal Skill • Attention In Details/Result Oriented/Independent Thinking Others • English Proficiency is Mandatory • Priority To Candidate with Flight Training Experience and/or Experience in Airline Industry
