    What will your role be? This SIMULIA Industry Process Consultant mission is to reveal and demonstrate to customers how to maximize the value of the Industry Process portfolio applying simulation to Value Engagement framework. Through IFWE Loop, he/she drives customers to address their business transformation by re-engineering their processes, leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and High Tech Electromagnetics related Industry Processes. Especially, this role needs support very dynamic electromagnetics market development in Must Win account with related sales initiative 5G/vehicle electrification and IPEs deployment. The challenges ahead • The SIMULIA Industry Process Consultant masters 3DEXPERIENCE Platform electromagnetics simulation roles/IPEs usage and value through Industry Processes. He/she understands how the products fulfill the electromagnetics simulation business needs. The Industry Process Consultant contributes to increasing the deal size, accelerate deal signature and secures successful go-live for our quick developing Electromagnetics market. • The Industry Process Consultant is also able to articulate the overall 3DEXPERIENCE Platform value and especially our sales initiatives like 5G and Electronics Reliability and IPEs related to Electromagnetics such as Antenna Engineering & Certification Equipment Electromagnetic Performance Your Key Successor Factors Master/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar experience. Strong High Tech industrial engineering background Master/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent with at least five years’ experience in electronic design and simulation; Competent knowledge of theory of electromagnetic fields, numerical methods in electromagnetics, and electromagnetic simulation; Open to handle different applications from Electromechanical. Familiarity with CST Studio Suite or other major electromagnetic simulation tools Experience in multi-physics coupled simulations (e.g., electromagnetic–thermal–structural), applied to product performance and reliability.

    Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth analysis of customers’ requirements and workflows to support their business transformation through process re-engineering. To understand their business processes, challenges, and goals, and translate these insights into effective PLM solutions. • Work with Industry Service Sales, pre-sales teams and partners to define engagement models, assess opportunities, and evaluate feasibility, value, and risks. • Develop and present solution architectures leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE & ENOVIA, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry best practices. • Facilitate collaboration across Dassault Systèmes teams and partners to create compelling proposals, demonstrations, and workshops to ensure consistency in solution proposals. • Work with internal teams to enhance PLM offerings by providing feedback and insights for product development and improvement. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Industry Process Consultant, or similar role, with consulting experience in PLM projects • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science; 10+ years experiences in PLM related field. • 5+ years in solution architecture and hands-on experience with ENOVIA/DELMIA/CATIA solutions or other PLM platform solutions. • Strong proposal writing skills, capable of developing value-driven solution pitches. • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technologies and adapt quickly. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers. • Industry knowledge in automotive, aerospace, high-tech, or manufacturing preferred. • Strong English communication skill in discuss and resolve technical issues with R&D.

Responsibilities: • Define and execute joint business plans with partners to drive shared objectives, including sales acceleration, product adoption, and joint marketing. • Serve as the single point of contact for partner accounts, aligning internal resources to support sales and service delivery. • Manage and grow relationships with Taiwan-based CRO/CDMO partners to achieve quarterly and annual targets. • Lead the execution of channel strategy from Life Sciences Enablement (LSE) to drive Biovia revenue growth in China. • Motivate and enable partners to position Biovia as a trusted advisor and value-added solution provider. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to capture opportunities and grow market share. • Continuously assess and improve the channel ecosystem and post-sales support with partners. • Introduce Biovia expertise and partners to sponsors and CROs to showcase capabilities and support project execution.
