The Senior Accounts Executive/ Accountant (Receivable) oversees the end-to-end accounts receivable process for the APAC region, including Singapore, the Philippines, India, Australia, and New Zealand. The role ensures healthy cash flow and compliance with accounting and tax policies, and reports to the Regional Finance Manager in Singapore. 【Key Responsibilities】 • Manage the end-to-end AR process across multiple entities in the region. • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and posting of customer receipts. • Monitor and analyze AR aging; follow up with local teams and customers to ensure timely collections. • Review and resolve discrepancies, credit notes, and unapplied cash items. • Perform customer account reconciliations and maintain accurate AR sub-ledgers. • Support month-end closing (revenue cut-off, bad debt provision, AR reporting, etc.). • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve billing or payment disputes. • Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and AR-related KPIs. • Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and local tax requirements (e.g., VAT/GST invoicing). • Support internal and external audits related to receivables. • Drive process improvements and automation for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle across the region.
