2. Develop and expand relationships with key decision-makers, product owners, and commercial stakeholders within these operators.
3. Identify, pursue, and close joint go-to-market initiatives, pilot programs, and commercial agreements.
4. Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and supply chain teams to solve customer problems and become trusted advisors.
5. Work with internal stakeholders to align customer requirements with Compal business strategy, roadmap priorities, and delivery capabilities.
6. Build strategic partnerships with major tech platforms (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Apple) to enable integration and co-selling opportunities.
7. Help define and execute Compal’s U.S. market entry and expansion strategy through direct feedback, competitor insight, and customer engagement.
8. Represent Compal at key industry events, customer meetings, and internal strategy sessions.
*Qualifications:
1. 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or partnerships in the wireless, IoT, or enterprise technology sector.
2. Deep existing relationships at major U.S. mobile network operators, especially in departments focused on enterprise data, IoT/M2M connectivity, and SME/Fortune 500 segments.
3. Experience working with or selling into global tech companies such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, or Apple.
4. Proven success in negotiating and closing high-value commercial agreements.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to influence product direction and go-to-market strategy.
6. Strong communication and executive engagement skills.
7. Comfortable working across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced, remote-first organization.
8. U.S. West Coast location preferred, with ability to travel as needed.
*Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
