Job Description:
1.市場開拓:負責開發並管理國際市場的業務,推廣產品至海外市場,尤其專注於泰國市場的拓展與經營,涵蓋市場調查、渠道開發與維護。
2.銷售目標達成:制定並執行有效的銷售策略,以達成公司的海外銷售目標,特別是在泰國市場的成長和競爭力。
3.通路管理:維護海外地區的代理商、零售商的關係,協助他們提升銷售業績並建立長期的合作夥伴關係。
4.品牌推廣:協助執行海外當地的行銷活動,並與市場部門合作,調整產品推廣策略以符合泰國市場需求。
5.市場研究與分析:定期進行海外市場的競爭分析,挖掘當地市場趨勢與機會,為公司提供市場洞察和業務增長建議。
6.產品上市與管理:協助公司產品在海外市場的上市工作,並跟蹤產品的市場表現,提出優化和調整建議。
Job Requirements:
1.國際市場經驗:具備5年以上的海外業務或國際銷售3C 產品(消費性電子、電腦、通訊類產品)經驗,尤其是在泰國市場有豐富經驗者優先考慮。
2.銷售能力:有出色的銷售和商務談判技巧,能有效達成銷售目標,並開拓和維護市場的渠道。
3.市場敏銳度:對市場有高度敏感度,能根據市場變化迅速做出策略調整。
4.跨文化溝通能力:能夠適應他區的文化環境,具備出色的跨文化溝通技巧。
Job Description:
1.Market Expansion: Responsible for developing and managing international business, promoting products to overseas markets, with a particular focus on expanding and managing the Thailand market, including market research, channel development, and maintenance.
2.Sales Target Achievement: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve the company‘s overseas sales targets, particularly focusing on growth and competitiveness in the Thailand market.
3.Channel Management: Maintain relationships with distributors and retailers in overseas regions, assisting them in improving sales performance and establishing long-term partnerships.
4.Brand Promotion: Assist in executing local marketing activities overseas and collaborate with the marketing department to adjust product promotion strategies to meet the needs of the Thailand market.
5.Market Research and Analysis: Regularly conduct competitive analysis of overseas markets, identifying local market trends and opportunities, and providing market insights and business growth recommendations to the company.
6.Product Launch and Management: Support product launches in overseas markets and track product performance, providing recommendations for optimization and adjustments as necessary.
Job Requirements:
1.International Market Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in overseas business or international sales of 3C products (consumer electronics, computers, communications products), with extensive experience in the Thailand market being preferred.
2.Sales Skills: Strong sales and business negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop and maintain market channels.
3.Market Sensitivity: High sensitivity to market trends, with the ability to quickly adjust strategies in response to market changes.
4.Cross-Cultural Communication Skills: Ability to adapt to different cultural environments, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
