【你的工作內容|What You Will Do】
1. 海外人資規劃與執行:負責海外據點的人力資源運作,包括招募、訓練、績效管理與人才留任。
2. 全球人資政策落地:推動 HR 政策的整合與合規性。
3. 勞動法規與市場洞察:掌握海外市場的勞動法規、人才趨勢與 HR 風險,提供決策建議。
4. 國際徵才與獵才:負責大量招募、跨國獵才與關鍵職缺招聘專案。
5. 人資專案推動:支援集團國際化策略,參與跨國 HR 專案的規劃與執行。
【你需要具備的條件|Requirements】
1. 三年以上人資經驗,招募或大量招募經驗尤佳。
2. 英語能力佳(TOEIC 800+),可獨立進行英文面試。
3. 具跨國 HR 經驗或海外市場接觸者佳。
4. 抗壓、適應快、跨文化溝通能力佳。
5. 具國際視野與高度責任感,樂於挑戰與成長。

Our products are now available in the U.S., Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other international markets.As our global footprint continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with strong international perspective and cross-cultural capability to join us in building our global people strategy.
【What You Will Do】
1.Overseas HR Operations & Execution: Manage HR functions for overseas entities, including recruitment, training, performance management, and talent retention.
2.Global HR Policy Implementation: Drive alignment and compliance of HR policies across regions.
3.Labor Law & Market Insights: Monitor labor regulations, talent trends, and HR risks in overseas markets and provide strategic recommendations.
4.International Recruitment & Talent Search: Lead volume hiring, cross-border recruiting, and hiring for critical global positions.
5.HR Project Execution: Support the company’s global expansion by participating in planning and executing cross-country HR initiatives.
【Requirements】
1.Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or volume hiring.
2.Strong English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent), able to conduct full English interviews.
4.Experience in multinational HR operations or exposure to overseas markets is a plus.
5.Strong resilience, adaptability, and cross-cultural communication skills.
6.A global mindset with high ownership, motivation, and willingness to grow.
