• Design and manage global benefits programs including health, retirement, insurance, and well-being initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor utilization and employee satisfaction with benefit programs.
• Explore flexible and localized benefits solutions to support diverse workforce needs.
• Lead the development of rewards initiatives beyond compensation, including recognition frameworks and special incentive programs.
• Ensure all ER, benefits, and rewards policies are consistent with Compal’s global strategy, while allowing for local adaptation.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to integrate ER, benefits, and rewards into the broader employee experience and culture transformation agenda.
