Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for restaurant operations roles (front of house, back of house, store managers) across Taiwan.
2. Partner closely with Operations leaders to define manpower plans and recruitment priorities.
3. Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple channels (104, Cake, LinkedIn, campus recruitment, referrals, and agencies).
4. Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract restaurant and service talent.
5. Monitor hiring data, time-to-fill, and turnover trends to improve recruitment efficiency.
Support optimization of hiring processes, interviews, and onboarding experiences.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR, Business, or related fields
2. 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in restaurant, retail, or service industry
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and partner with stakeholders
4. Experience in high-volume and frontline hiring preferred
5. Passionate about people, food, and building high-performing service teams
