Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate Corporate Governance Affairs Specialist to contribute to various tasks and projects within our organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact while working closely with attorneys on the following responsibilities:
1. Board and Committee Meetings Administration: Manage the administration and logistics of board and committee meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
2. Regulatory Reporting: Prepare various reports required by laws and regulations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all regulatory filings.
3. Regulatory Compliance Support: Support ongoing regulatory compliance initiatives, monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, and assist in implementing necessary adjustments.
4. Data Management and Analysis: Conduct data gathering, recording, and analysis for compliance projects, assisting in the preparation of compliance-related presentations and reports.
5. Corporate and Compliance Tasks: Assist with other corporate and compliance tasks as assigned by senior attorneys or management.
