We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic HR Assistant(contract) to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. You will play a crucial role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with various stages of the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate a seamless experience for new hires from offer acceptance through their first days, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation, and managing system access. Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final paperwork.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Maintain accurate employee records, process HR-related documentation, and assist with employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- HR & Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, managing HR calendars, and assisting with various HR projects and initiatives.
- Data Management: Assist in maintaining HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
