【主要工作內容】
- 協助業務人員處理公司內部相關行政作業,如報價單、客戶資料建檔、銷售紀錄整理等。
- 處理出貨單、訂單建立與管理,協助開立發票、對帳等日常庶務工作。
- 負責出貨與進貨安排,與倉儲及物流夥伴保持密切聯繫,確保貨物流暢無誤。
- 辦理國內外進出口相關事宜,包括文件準備、報關流程協助與相關資料彙整。
- 與貨運承攬商協調,安排貨物從工廠出貨至銷售國家,並追蹤出貨狀況與時程。
- 支援公司參展、行銷活動等事務,協助簡單的網站內容更新。
- 處理顧客詢問、售後服務需求,協助維繫良好客戶關係。
- 配合主管執行其他交辦事項。
【Job Responsibilities】
- Assist sales representatives with internal administrative tasks, such as preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and organizing sales reports.
- Handle order processing, shipping documents, invoice issuance, and general administrative support related to sales transactions.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery and inventory flow.
- Manage import/export operations including document preparation, customs declaration assistance, and data consolidation.
- Work with freight forwarders to arrange international shipments from the factory to destination countries, and track shipping status and timelines.
- Support marketing events and exhibitions; assist with website content updates and uploads.
- Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service requests to maintain strong client relationships.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors as needed.
【資格條件】
- 大專以上學歷,國際貿易、企業管理相關科系尤佳。
- 一年以上業務行政或國際物流實務經驗佳,具備進出口相關文件處理能力者尤佳。
- 熟悉基本文書處理(Word、Excel、Email),具adobe photoshop 系統操作經驗者尤佳。
- 具備基礎中英文書信與溝通能力,能閱讀與撰寫一般商業郵件與出貨文件。
- 做事主動積極、細心、負責,具備良好的時間管理能力與團隊合作精神。
- 能適應多工處理與協助各項跨部門事務。
【Qualifications】
- College degree or above in International Business, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or international logistics; familiarity with import/export document handling is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email); experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Able to write and read general business and shipping correspondence.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible; able to manage time effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Capable of multitasking and assisting in cross-departmental coordination.
