Key Responsibilities
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
o Identify, engage, and qualify candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
o Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs across diverse roles.
• Flexible Support Across Functions
o Shift focus between different job families (e.g., technical, non-technical, corporate roles) based on business priorities.
o Collaborate with recruiters to understand changing requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy
o Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive landscape.
o Recommend creative sourcing approaches to attract passive candidates.
• Candidate Experience & Engagement
o Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates.
o Represent the company’s brand professionally and consistently.
