Receptionist

上班時間: 8:30-5:30
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage shuttle planning and driver scheduling
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Manage lunch system and order meals
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Support other departments with clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
