1-1. Ensure financial report, audit support, and tax report compliance with company and local government requirement.
1-2. Operational expense control, weekly AR follow-up, and cash flow management, annual budget and forecast preparation
2. HR, Process & System Leadership
2-1. Manage core HR operations and ensure employee activity follows regulations and rules.
2-2. Talent acquisition: develop recruiting strategies and refine employer branding.
2-3. Establish retention and career development strategies. Establish leadership development across the region for all managers of all levels.
3. Business Operations & Project Management
3-1. Manage order processing, warehouse inventory review, and supplier coordination.
3-2. Take ownership of strategic business projects
4. Office Administration & Marcom Support
4-1. Oversee multi-site offices/warehouses and organize company events.
4-2. Provide logistical support for business expansion and develop contingency plans and provide operational support for other regional offices if needed.
4-3. Support marketing activities and branding efforts for the local market.
