Job Responsibilities:
•Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
•Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for management
•Support visitor logistics (travel arrangements/transportation/PPE preparation)
•Support meeting logistics (rooms, meals/drinks preparation etc)
•Create and update records and databases with personnel, traveling and other data
•Sharepoint Administration
•IAP/DARM support
•Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
•Assist colleagues whenever necessary
•Manager / Director Admin support
【Required Education and Experience】
•Required Education: colleges or above
•Years of Experience: 2-5 years
•Language requirements: Fluent in Mandarin and English
【Required Technical Skills】
•Good knowledge of MS Office software
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
•Excellent organizational skills
•Familiarity with office management procedures
