Job Description
• Coordinate all activities related to the Extended Workforce Program (EWP) in Taiwan, China, and Japan including Interaction with internal customers on a daily basis and identify opportunities to improve and optimize all business processes related to
the extended workforce.
• Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to Onboarding.
• Monitor feedback and track submissions and interviews to increase productivity using VMS tool (Fieldglass)
• Monitors prioritize, assign, and submission on day-to-day requirements by team and workflow. Weekly reporting of the team’s performance to management
• Manage data and report on the team’s statistics for submittals, interviews, and hire rates resulting in improved time-to-hire and closure rates.
• Extensive internal client coordination and building relations with all hosts to understand their requirements and to deliver in quick turnaround time.
• Maintain and grow close relationships with the suppliers to aid in moving candidates up the ladder and in front of the hiring managers.
• Leverage existing relationships and networks to increase Extended Workforce Program adoption.
• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with hosts, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Working in a cross-functional environments
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of program objectives and strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program-related queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
• Utilize fluency in Japanese, English, and Chinese to effectively communicate with stakeholders in different regions.
• Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with TA, HR business partners, and business teams to identify contractor labor needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and conduct candidate assessments.
• Provide guidance and support to business teams regarding contractor onboarding, management and offboarding, and engagement.
• Interact with senior leaders and provide program updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Present data-driven reports and analysis to highlight program performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive program success and address challenges.
• Identify and analyze complex problems related to contractor labor management, developing effective solutions and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address program challenges and ensure smooth execution.
• Proactively anticipate potential issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Demonstrate an understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) programs.
• Leverage knowledge of MSP/VMS best practices to optimize the effectiveness of the EWP.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in contractor labor management practices.
