Job Overview:
Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for all product lines sales and service operation.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Function as a key player in coordinating with Sales and Service teams on order fulfillment, contract execution, and overall operation management.
2. Assist Sales and Service teams through full sales cycles with activities including quotation preparation, deal tracking, and tender document.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure process continuity and identify opportunities for workflow improvement.
4. Lead and perform daily Sales / Service / Office administration and operations tasks (SAP / Oxando / Ariba).
5. Provide support for MarCom events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
6. Adapt to company work scheduling and task assignments in response to changing business needs.
