1. Provide the full spectrum of secretarial support to the office, its directors, and Sales Team including appointments, expense claims and travel logistic.
2. Screen telephone calls and electronic mails.
3. Manage correspondence and inquiries for absent team members
4. Generate quotations using infrastructure, especially ERP and CRM software
5. Handle order processing procedure including follow up with German HQ and subsidiaries worldwide.
6. Handle and monitor overseas and domestic shipments in cooperation with dedicated forwarders.
7. Handle import duties
8. Handle public tender including the deposit arrangements in cooperation with office accounting partner.
9. Liaise in all financial and according aspects with office accounting partner
10. Organize exhibitions and road shows
11. Assignments by supervisors
