工作內容:
1. 規劃並執行國際市場之業務開發與銷售策略,負責公司產品之海外推廣與銷售,並達成月、季及年度銷售目標(Sales Targets & KPIs)。
2. 維護並拓展海外客戶與經銷商關係,深入了解市場需求,提供專業產品建議與客製化解決方案。
3. 負責供應商與客戶之商務協調與價格談判,確保合作條件符合公司策略並提升整體獲利能力。
4. 與內部跨部門團隊(如研發、品保、法規、物流等)密切合作,確保訂單流程、出貨及專案執行順暢。
5. 蒐集並分析市場與競爭資訊,定期回饋市場趨勢,作為業務與產品策略之參考。
6. 具兩年以上國外業務相關工作經驗者尤佳。
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute export sales and international business strategies to promote company products in overseas markets and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (KPIs).
2. Build, manage, and expand relationships with international customers and distributors by understanding market needs and delivering professional, customized solutions.
3. Lead commercial coordination and price negotiations with suppliers and customers to ensure alignment with company strategies and profitability goals.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and project execution.
5. Collect and analyze market intelligence and competitive insights, providing regular feedback to support business and product strategy development.
6. Candidates with two or more years of international sales experience are preferred.
