1. Selling parts and handling the process from Quote to Cash (Providing quotation, shipment arrangements, shipping advice and AR collection)
2. Fulfill customers’ needs and increase customers’ satisfactions by managing customer’s relationship, understanding customer’s requirements and providing required parts and on time delivery
3. Focus on customer care and recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
4. Partnership with Customer care manager & TS manager to leverage customers’ satisfaction
5. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer‘s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
6. Partnering with Customer care manager to manage aftermarket business, capturing market share and take care of Flow revenue & profitability
7. Launch promotions or initiative activity to increase parts sales or achieve strategic goals
8. Function as liaison between customers and Flow associates to facilitate completed delivery for system orders
9. Co-work with bank for reviewing L/C drafts to reduce unpaid risks and responsible for L/C negotiation for system orders
