[工作內容]
1. Lead account team: business projects to achieve company targets.
2. Explore business opportunities by digging out customers insight and demand.
3. Account business plan developing and implementation.
4. Co-work with Marketing to develop product portfolio plans for customers and persuade them to buy.
5. Co-operate and align with cross functions to deliver the plans and products which meets customer requirements.
6. People management: team building and development for team members. Motivate the team to drive up business and coach the team for delivering good quality works.
7. Relationship Management: build strong and good business relationship with key stake holders of customers.
