Purpose of the Position: Customer Service and admin support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Team Administrative Support
-PO Processing, visitor travel arrangement, visa arrangement
-Logistics support for event
-Sample Delivery Arrangement
Cross department coordination for sales order execution
-Monitor customer forecast
-Receive and process customer PO, entering sales order in system
-Tracking and arranging shipment date
-Prepare for shipping documents, and processing in customer system Coordinate with customer and financial on AR collection, work with sales team to reconcile overdue payment and resolve customer payment discrepancies. Sales data consolidation Support customer sample and complaint
Team back up and commercial project supports as needed
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree, prefer major in English or International trade related
Basic administrative skills, good communication skill and team spirit Customer oriented, sensitive to details and sense of responsibility
Proficiency in English, can speak fluently
Familiar with Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word and Power point
Basic financial knowledge
Understood International Trade process and familiar with incoterm and Ocean and air shipments , familiar with custom and bonded warehouse process is preferred.
