The PCBA Final Test Manager drives daily test execution, capacity scaling, and shipping commits within the Final Test Department. Reporting directly to the Factory Operations Director, this role leads the DIBDiag Testing and RF + DBA + DP32 Testing pillars. Focus is 100％ on shop-floor throughput, bottleneck management, and asset utilization; it does not involve engineering program development. 【Key Responsibilities】 1. Test Strategy & Shipment Execution: Manage day-to-day shop-floor schedules and line allocation. Execute and sustain the transition from a single shift to a highly efficient 16-hour / 2-shift (Day/Night) manufacturing model to secure aggressive shipment targets. 2. ATE & Specialized Test Line Management: Ensure 24/7 readiness and maximum utilization of premium ATE assets (Teradyne UltraFlex/UltraFlexPlus & Advantest 93K) and proprietary DBA platforms. Lead the team to optimize shop-floor line balancing and resource allocation to double daily VNA testing throughput without additional equipment costs. 3. Yield & Failure Analysis Gatekeeping: Monitor daily operational metrics: Throughput, First Pass Yield (FPY), Re-test Rate, and Tester Uptime. Lead immediate floor troubleshooting during sudden yield drops to isolate tester/fixture hardware issues from real PCBA defects. 4. Logistics Coordination & Material Disposition: Partner closely with Planners and the Test Engineering Team to resolve timeline conflicts between NPI DIBDiag validation and mass production runs. Fast-track unrepairable boards and customer RMAs through verification, issuing formal Fail Reports to prevent line congestion. 5. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a specialized production testing organization across Day and Night shifts. Set strict line disciplines, manage resource allocation, and handle shift handovers to maximize total equipment efficiency.
