Assist in Lean projects and participate in line balancing analysis, data statistics, and yield tracking. Support the team in setting OKRs and compiling data for factory cost management and ROI evaluations. Participate in process audits and the preparation of QM documents (PPAP/APQP).
參與自動化生產線控制系統與 PLC 程式的初步開發測試;協助應用工業機器手臂進行產線效能優化實驗。配合執行自動化設備零件之選型與驗證工作,支援機器視覺系統的現場調校作業,並協助整理自動化效益評估報告。
Participate in initial development and testing of automation control systems and PLC programs. Assist in applying robotic arms to improve production efficiency. Support part selection and verification for automated equipment and assist in field calibration of machine vision systems.
協助高密度伺服器機櫃與電子產品的結構強度分析與散熱方案設計;參與熱源模型建立與 CFD 流體力學模擬分析驗證。配合團隊規劃溫升、風洞與噪音實測計畫,協助執行新材料的選用評估與 Mockup 樣品之組裝性能解析,學習極致散熱解決方案。
Assist in structural strength analysis and thermal design for high-density server racks and electronic products. Participate in thermal model building and CFD simulation validation. Support temperature rise, wind tunnel, and noise testing. Assist in evaluating new materials and analyzing mockup assembly performance.
協助研發電子電路設計、PCB Layout 審核與初步 BOM 產出;參與新產品開機測試與電性效能數據採集工作。配合資深工程師分析製程良率問題與硬體失效分析 (FA),學習如何追蹤並改善伺服器或車載電子的電性設計缺陷,並建立測試基準文件。
Assist in electronic circuit design, PCB layout review, and initial BOM creation. Participate in power-on testing and electrical performance data collection. Collaborate with engineers to analyze yield issues and perform failure analysis (FA). Learn to track and improve design defects for servers or automotive electronics.
