Technical Support o Provide technical support for automotive repair equipment, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair, ensuring equipment operates reliably. o Support technical tasks for other product lines, including diagnosing and resolving issues with body repair equipment, power tools, and torque tools. 2. Product Installation and Commissioning o Install and commission automotive repair equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements. o Assist in installation tasks for other product lines, offering technical advice and addressing on-site challenges. 3. Training and Guidance o Provide training to customers and internal teams on the use and maintenance of automotive repair equipment and other products. o Write and update technical manuals and training materials to ensure accuracy and usability. 4.
