This is an opportunity for a forward-thinking and experienced leader with a solid technical background in a wide range of tech stacks to excel in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly managing around 15 team leaders for developing performance appraisal systems. Meanwhile, the candidate is expected to indirectly lead the 50 developers, and ensure our technical operations run smoothly and efficiently. 【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】 1.
