職責要求
•Work cross-functionally with domain experts, technical sales, and product owners to architect AI-based solutions in technical and industrial applications.
•Determine project scope, deliverables, and success criteria, and ensure they are sufficient to address client challenges and consistent with their expectations.
•Lead client interactions during technical engagement, including project meetings, technical reviews, and solution demonstrations.
•Perform EDA or other data science analysis to scope unstructured problems or messy data for tractable insights
•Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
•Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews and document design decisions
•Create web services/APIs for serving ML/AI model results.
•Collaborate with the development team and ML engineers to build state-of-the-art models, test and validate new algorithms and integrate the algorithms with the existing frontend and backend systems.
•Review and finalize deliverables to ensure high quality content consistent with client and company expectations
任職資格
Qualifications and Skills
•BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar field
•5+ years of experience with one modern language such as Java, C++, Python including object-oriented design.
•5+ years of experience with machine learning tools and deep learning algorithms and techniques, including but not limited to:
oPyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras
oCNN, LSTM, RNN
oScikit-learn, pandas, numpy
oOptimization techniques and fine-tuning models
•3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
•Experience with MLOps and other production level implementation frameworks and pipelines
•Able to work independently on problems and in highly collaborative team environments.

•Consulting, technical sales or solution architecture experience
•Strong oral and verbal communication skills
Preferred Requirements
•Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a scientific or engineering domain
•Experience of ML in Smart Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Edge AI, Energy Storage, Grid Management, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or similar industries.
•Research experience with high impact publications
•Fluency with machine learning algorithms, such as CNN, RNN, reinforcement learning, support vector machines, and graph-based models
•Experience with messaging systems, Docker, Kubernetes, Spark, EMR, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
•Team management and mentoring junior members
•Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git flow)
•Strong oral and verbal communication skills
•Experience working with international cross-functional teams and/or customer facing work
